Job summary

Cullen Jewellery seeks a Client Advisor for its showroom to provide bespoke consultations and personalised jewellery advice, helping clients design or select dream pieces. This full-time role includes in-person and online consultations and maintaining a premium showroom environment.

Responsibilities include guiding clients through customization, coordinating aftercare services, and promoting ethical practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the premium jewellery or retail industry.
• High attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional client experiences.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and processes.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
• The right to work in the US.
• Capacity to work on a Tuesday – Saturday roster consistently.

• Assist clients in selecting jewellery, offering personalised advice and education, guiding them through the customisation process, and preparing independent custom quotes.
• Coordinate aftercare consultations including resizing, repairs, and lifetime warranty claims with fast turnaround and high client satisfaction.
• Promote Cullen Jewellery’s commitment to ethical practices and community initiatives.
• Participate in daily showroom setup and opening, ensuring cleanliness of consultation desks and showroom areas.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks such as stock takes, changing product displays, and managing postage tasks.

About the position:

As a Client Advisor, you will provide bespoke and informative consultations to clients, helping them discover or design their dream pieces, whether in person or through online consultations. This is a full-time, permanent position at our beautiful Houston showroom with a Tuesday - Saturday roster.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Through in-person and online consultations, you’ll be assisting clients in selecting jewellery, offering personalised advice and education, guiding them through the customisation process, and preparing independent custom quotes; and
• Coordinate aftercare services consultations including resizing, repairs, and lifetime warranty claims, with a fast turnaround and high client satisfaction
• Promoting Cullen Jewellery’s commitment to ethical practices and community initiatives
• Participating in the daily setup and opening of the showroom, and ensuring the cleanliness of consultation desks and other showroom areas.
• Completing ad-hoc tasks such as stock takes, changing product displays, and managing postage tasks as required
