Job summary

Cullen Jewellery in Houston is seeking a Client Advisor for a full-time, permanent position in our showroom. You will provide bespoke consultations in person or online, helping clients discover or design dream pieces.

The role follows a Tuesday–Saturday roster, with opportunities to engage clients and showcase our ethical jewellery practices. Join a digital-first, sustainability-focused brand that blends traditional craftsmanship with modern technology.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or customer service in premium jewellery/retail.
High attention to detail and commitment to exceptional client experiences.
Strong organisational and time management with flexible priorities.
Ability to work as part of a team to achieve goals.
The right to work in the US.
Capacity to work Tue–Sat roster.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-person and online consultations to help clients select jewellery and prepare customised quotes.
Coordinate aftercare services, including resizing, repairs, and lifetime warranty claims.
Promote Cullen Jewellery's commitment to ethical practices and community initiatives.
Assist with showroom setup and ensure desks and displays are clean.
Perform ad-hoc tasks such as stock takes, display changes, and postage management.
