This sales-focused role emphasizes building relationships, guiding clients through options, and helping the agency expand while delivering excellent service. You’ll learn, earn, and advance based on performance, with hands-on training and ongoing coaching in a supportive local team

Qualificações

• Confident and comfortable starting conversations with new people.
• Motivated, dependable, and willing to be coached.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to follow up consistently and stay organized.
• Comfortable working toward measurable goals.
• Sales, hospitality, retail, recruiting, or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Illinois insurance licenses must be obtained; licensing assistance may be available.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with prospective and existing customers by phone, email, referrals, and community outreach
• Learn about customers’ needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Follow up with leads and develop new business opportunities
• Quote and close new business
• Build relationships that lead to referrals and long-term customers
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency and carrier requirements
