Trae Covington - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations and customer success in Springfield, IL. You will grow the agency through meaningful client relationships and act as a liaison between client needs and agency departments.

You will proactively market relevant insurance and financial services, help clients with policy changes, and assist with claims and underwriting coordination to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
