Job summary

Alliantgroup LP is seeking a Client Account Associate in Houston to ensure exceptional service for every client engagement. You will handle client outreach on receivables, document calls, and help develop solutions to resolve questions.

Candidates should be growth-minded, able to adapt to change, and meet monthly targets. In the Accounting department, you will collaborate across teams, build client trust, and contribute to service-line initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management or Accounting.
• 1–2 years of client service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and related software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal departments and promote teamwork.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience and build loyal relationships.
• Research and provide solutions to client billing issues.
• Address escalations and advise on next actions with the Business Development Team.
• Contact clients by phone to reconcile outstanding receivables and document calls.
• Introduce clients to service lines and potential benefits for their business.
• Create account reconciliations for services rendered on projects.
• Meet monthly/quarterly goals and adapt to changing priorities.
