Job summary

DSWD Advisory Group LLC's Client Accounting Services (CAS) practice is growing and seeking an experienced accounting professional at the Supervisor, Manager, or Senior Manager level to join the team in Illinois. You will review work, supervise staff and offshore resources, and ensure high-quality, timely client deliverables while expanding client relationships under leadership.

You will own the accounting lifecycle, review financial statements, manage engagements, and collaborate with tax teams

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience with close cycles and financial statement prep.
• 2–3 years of experience managing accounting staff or offshore resources.
• Experience as primary client contact for accounting/CAS engagements.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and accounting work.
• Oversee engagement workflows, deadlines, and deliverables for multiple clients.
• Supervise accounting staff and offshore resources; provide coaching and feedback.
• Coordinate with tax team on projections and returns for seamless client experience.
• Translate financial results into actionable client insights.
