Signarama Evansville is seeking a client account specialist to greet walk-in customers, answer phones, quote basic sign projects, and manage existing accounts with friendly service.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic computer software and willingness to learn our client software program.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot basic office equipment.
• Ability to interpret and follow customer directions and determine quality solutions.
• Demonstrated pride in craftsmanship and final product quality.
• Ability to pass basic math and spelling tests.
• Strong organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
• A self-starter, willing attitude.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• The ability to pass a background check and a drug screen.
• Valid proof of USA residency.
• A good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, accurate quoting of basic products and services, timely follow-up, cross-selling, manage existing accounts, and interact with the public and teammates in a courteous and professional manner.
• Dress appropriately and maintain a clean, organized work area; answer phones and greet walk-ins at front desk.
• Collaborate with teammates to complete projects and support shop operations.
