Job summary

CHC Addiction Services, a nonprofit agency in Akron, seeks a full-time Client Account Representative to support financial activities in the clinic, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities include intake processing, client statements, EAP services, and chart audits.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong computer skills, and experience in bookkeeping or accounting, with knowledge of Medicaid and billing codes as a plus. Early start times apply.

Job description

CHC Addiction Services is a non-profit social service agency in the Akron area whose mission is to treat, inspire, support and empower individuals and families impacted by the disease of addiction.

We are currently looking for a full time Client Account Representative to work in our clinic, Monday through Friday.

The Client Account Representative’s duties include:

• Financial Intakes/Updates
• Client Statements and Balances
• EAP Services
• Chart Audits

This position will be required to start early in the morning (6:00 or 6:30am).

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to type 45 wpm accurately. Must have related experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting practices, experience in customer service and working in an office setting. Must have strong computer skills with knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment and be detail oriented. Working knowledge of MITS, knowledge of Medicaid and private insurance billing requirements and experience with CPT and ICD-9 coding, a plus
