Job summary

CHC Addiction Services in the Akron area seeks a full-time Client Account Representative for the clinic, Monday through Friday. The role requires starting early in the morning (6:00 or 6:30am) and handling financial intakes, statements, and chart audits.

Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma, typing 45 wpm, bookkeeping/accounting experience, and strong computer skills. Medicaid and private insurance billing knowledge is a plus, CPT/ICD-9 coding helpful.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and office settings with strong computer skills.

CHC Addiction Services is a non-profit social service agency in the Akron area whose mission is to treat, inspire, support and empower individuals and families impacted by the disease of addiction.

We are currently looking for a full time Client Account Representative to work in our clinic, Monday through Friday.

The Client Account Representative’s duties include:

• Financial Intakes/Updates
• Client Statements and Balances
• EAP Services
• Chart Audits

This position will be required to start early in the morning (6:00 or 6:30am).

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent, ability to type 45 wpm accurately. Must have related experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting practices, experience in customer service and working in an office setting. Must have strong computer skills with knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment and be detail oriented. Working knowledge of MITS, knowledge of Medicaid and private insurance billing requirements and experience with CPT and ICD-9 coding, a plus
