The Client Account Manager position focuses on supporting growth through client relationship management and business development. This role plays an important part in daily operations and maintaining positive client relationships.

Key responsibilities:

Researching potential clients and market opportunities.

Using sales tools to connect with prospects and convert leads.

Contacting potential clients via email to build relationships and arrange meetings.

Making phone calls to generate qualified prospects.

Working with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure quality presentations.

Presenting and promoting our services to existing and prospective customers.

Building and maintaining positive business relationships.
