• Minimum 3 years of experience in group health insurance or related client-facing roles.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, research, and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
• Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, carriers, and internal partners to support effective service delivery and account health.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on group health benefit plans, company procedures, and changes that may affect customer programs.
• Research and resolve client questions and service issues, coordinating timely follow-up across internal and external partners.
• Support development of proposals and placement of new and renewal business in collaboration with brokers, carriers, and company teams.
• Create reports, charts, and analyses that explain customer costs and claims experience and support informed decisions.
• Organize and facilitate customer meetings that align stakeholders, clarify decisions, and maintain progress on commitments.
• Support implementation of self-funded customers and plan design changes, including coordination of rates, communications, and operational tasks.
