Key Responsibilities

The Client Account Executive supports managing strategic accounts, working closely with the Client Partner to ensure successful client initiatives and operational excellence. Responsibilities include day-to-day account management, collaborating with internal teams and clients, and supporting account growth strategies. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and developing new prospects.

  • Client Support: Support day-to-day client interactions, prepare materials, and ensure follow-ups.
  • Account Management: Monitor account health, track KPIs, and identify improvements.
  • Project Coordination: Work with project teams to deliver client projects on time.
  • Revenue Growth Support: Support proposals, RFP responses, and pitches.
  • Proactive Lead Generation: Prospect for new clients to expand Ebiquity’s portfolio.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent Ebiquity at industry events and seminars.
  • Best Practices Development: Improve client management tools and processes.
  • Issue Resolution: Address client issues proactively with internal teams.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience supporting or managing client accounts.
  • Strong communication, client relationship, and project management skills.
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and support proposals.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and industry trends awareness.
  • Organizational skills and willingness to travel for client engagements.
