Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a Client Access Representative to join our team in Southwest Missouri. The role involves greeting clients, handling scheduling, collecting payments, and maintaining accurate client records across multiple clinics including Springfield, Nixa, Republic, and Branson.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook) is expected.
• Strong computer skills and comfortable with technology.
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and leadership.
• Schedule and reschedule client appointments as needed.
• Complete client intake paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Collect client cost shares for appointments.
• Work with providers to manage cancellation lists and reschedules.
• Maintain and update provider cancellation lists and deposit logs.
• Scan documents into client charts and ensure accurate record keeping.
