Job summary

Riveon Mental Health and Recovery is seeking a Client Access Specialist to provide client-centered administrative support across multiple sites. You will greet clients, manage appointments, and accurately update EMR data while handling sensitive information with confidentiality.

The role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and experience with EMR systems. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with day/evening shifts across two standard schedules to cover clinic hours.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of receptionist/clerical experience in healthcare or 3 years in general front-desk work.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to perform data entry and maintain accurate patient information in EMR.
• Comfortable with Windows-based software and basic office tools.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate destination.
• Update demographic, insurance, and billing information in the EMR.
• Verify eligibility for programs and assist with third-party payer coordination.
• Schedule appointments and arrange client transportation.
• Answer and route phone calls; maintain confidentiality of PHI.
