Job summary

ANEW Chemical Health Services seeks a Client Access Coordinator to support admissions across residential, outpatient, and recovery residence programs. You will coordinate referrals, schedule intake interviews, and ensure timely admissions with accurate documentation.

You will serve as the main contact for prospective clients, families, and referral partners, maintain EHR data, and collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a smooth, person-centered intake process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related degree preferred.
• Healthcare, behavioral health, admissions or admin support preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with diverse populations; confidentiality crucial.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHR systems (Procentive preferred).
• CPR/First Aid certification and valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admissions for residential, outpatient, and recovery programs.
• Receive and manage referrals by phone, email, fax, and in person.
• Schedule intake appointments and admission interviews.
• Complete nonclinical admission paperwork and documentation.
• Enter client information in the electronic health record.
• Coordinate counselor assignments and communicate admission details.
