Job summary

Clean Recovery Centers in Florida is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to manage inquiry calls, screenings, and admissions. You will collaborate with clinical and administration teams to ensure smooth intake and compliant processes for new clients.

You will drive community outreach, verify demographic and financial information, and maintain records in the CRM while upholding confidentiality and compassionate client service.

Qualifications

• Experience in substance abuse, knowledge of 12 steps or customer service.
• Must be computer literate.
• No education required, on the job training is offered.

Responsibilities

• Answers inquiry calls efficiently and courteously within three rings.
• Answers any questions callers may have that are of a non-clinical nature; appropriately transfers calls if clinical issues arise.
• Appropriately completes inquiry call forms.
• Coordinates and schedules prospective client screenings.
• Coordinates and processes all admissions to the facility.
• Seeks medical approval for prospective clients that report a medical condition, seeks clinical approval for prospective clients that report a psychiatric condition.
• Responsible for obtaining demographic and financial information during inquiry calls.
• Forwards financial coverage information to billing department; verifying insurance information, as necessary.
• Maintains the Inquiry Call Board and follows up accordingly.
• Responsible for mailing program literature when requested.
• Ensures the clinical and financial screening criteria have been met prior to admission.
• Obtains necessary consents, identifications and financial documents needed to admit client into the program.
• Provides community awareness education and in-services on behalf of facility as assigned.
