Job summary

Clevelander South Beach is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to balance daily transactions and produce accurate end-of-day reports while providing seamless overnight guest service.

Responsibilities include nightly auditing, guest check-in/out at odd hours, and welcoming guests with a friendly, professional approach. Proficiency in Excel/Word and Opera or similar PMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; 2+ years hotel experience, Rooms Division preferred.
• Sharp with numbers and comfortable auditing financial data with precision.
• Strong communicator, both in person and on the phone.
• Comfortable working independently overnight, including holidays and weekends.
• Computer savvy: Excel, Word, and property management systems (Opera or similar).

What You'll Do
