Job summary

Clevelander South Beach is seeking a detail-obsessed Receiving Clerk to help keep storerooms, coolers, and the beverage program stocked and ready to go, day and night in the heart of South Beach.

You will receive and inspect deliveries, organize storage areas, issue products to the Food & Beverage Team, and perform weekly inventory counts to maintain accurate par levels. This role requires early mornings, overnights, and weekend availability in a high-energy hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old; HS diploma preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to get things done right the first time.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure accuracy and freshness.
• Keep storerooms and coolers organized, clean, and running smoothly.
• Issue beverage products to the Food & Beverage Team and keep par levels accurate.
• Conduct weekly inventory counts and maintain par levels.
• Track team uniforms and issue as needed.
• Fill beverage requisitions to keep barbacks stocked and bottle service moving.
• Collaborate with Bar Manager on bar audits and inventory control.

We're looking for a detail-obsessed Receiving Clerk to help keep our storerooms, coolers, and beverage program stocked, organized, and ready to go, day and night.

What You'll Do

• Receive and inspect deliveries, making sure every order is accurate, fresh, and up to our standards.
• Keep our storerooms, coolers, and basement areas organized, clean, and running smoothly.
• Issue beverage products to our Food & Beverage Team, keeping the party stocked.
• Run weekly inventory counts and help maintain accurate par levels.
• Issue and keep track of team member uniforms.
• Fill beverage requisitions for our bars and bottle service program, keeping barbacks stocked and bottle service moving.
• Team up with our Bar Manager on bar audits and inventory control.

What We're Looking For

• 21+, high school diploma preferred.
• Someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and getting things done right the first time.
• Comfortable with physical work — lifting, standing, and moving inventory in a fast-paced environment.
• Available for early mornings, overnights, and weekends, because South Beach never really sleeps.
