Job summary

We seek a detail-oriented professional with 2+ years of hotel experience, strong numerical skills, and proficient in Excel, Word and Opera PMS. Night shifts require independent work, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel experience, Rooms Division preferred.
• Sharp with numbers and comfortable auditing financial data with precision.
• Strong communicator, both in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Balance the day's financial transactions and prepare end-of-day reports for management.
• Run the nightly audit, ensuring every charge, folio, and deposit is accounted for.
• Welcome arriving guests and handle check-in/check-out with a smile, even at 3 AM.
• Answer calls, schedule wake-up calls, and keep guests informed overnight.
• Keep the lobby looking sharp—well-lit, on-brand, and guest-ready at all hours.
• Step in as a Front Desk Clerk when needed to keep the overnight shift running smoothly.
