FTAI Aviation Ltd. in Miami, FL is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Associate to receive, organize, and move parts and tools for the engine shop. You will establish delivery and pickup points, maintain accurate live inventory, and serve as the primary contact for parts movement.

This role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, basic Excel/Outlook skills, and legal work authorization in the U.S. A strong team-player attitude and reliability are essential in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Physically able to lift/move 40 lbs.
• Basic computer skills – MS Excel, Word, Outlook – and ability to learn other software.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).

JOB OVERVIEW

The Stock Room position requires to receive all parts and tools related to the operation and function of the engine shop, establishing pick up and drop off points and storage solutions. The role requires operation of forklift, as well as moving parts to be readily available for mechanics. Maintaining live inventory and informing department heads of any part requires missing, delayed, or overstocked.

First Shift M-F 6:30-3:00pm

Job Demands:

Work is performed in a Shop environment and requires the ability to perform extensive standing, driving, walking, and climbing; to lift up to 50lbs. regularly; to manipulate up to 100lbs. with assistance. Must be able to bend, stoop, climb to reach materials, and work in a noisy environment.
