Job summary

FTAI Aviation Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics role in Miami, FL. The Stock Room position handles receiving, organizing, and movement of parts for the engine shop, with an emphasis on accurate inventory management and timely communication with managers.

The role requires standing, lifting, and operating in a shop environment, with a schedule Monday–Friday, first shift. Prior warehouse experience and aviation knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Physically able to lift/move 40 lbs.
• Basic computer skills – Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and ability to learn other software.

Responsibilities

• Establish delivery/pick up points for all deliveries.
• Compare invoice with purchase order to ensure requested items are received.
• Organize received parts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and communicate shortages or delays to managers.
• Primary contact for parts movement.
• Pull parts from inventory for work orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to parts.
• Provide receiving and shipping coverage as needed.
• Establish delivery/pickup points for material/parts/tools ordered.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of inventory management and warehousing skills.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Stock Room position requires to receive all parts and tools related to the operation and function of the engine shop, establishing pick up and drop off points and storage solutions. The role requires operation of forklift, as well as moving parts to be readily available for mechanics. Maintaining live inventory and informing department heads of any part requires missing, delayed, or overstocked.

First Shift M-F 6:30-3:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for establishing delivery/pick up points for all deliveries
• Compares invoice with purchase order assuring everything requested is received
• Organize received parts
• Ensure inventory is accurate, kept up-to-date and maintain communication with managers to avoid setbacks due to parts missing or delayed
• Primary contact for parts movement
• Pull parts from inventory for work orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation of related to parts.
• Receiving and shipping coverage as needed.
• Establish delivery/pickup points for material/parts/tools ordered.
• Excellent knowledge of inventory management
• Strong Inventory and Warehousing skills

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Physically able to lift/move 40 lbs
• Basic computer skills – Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook- and ability to learn other software
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
• Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)

Job Demands:
