Job summary

Epic Piping seeks a reliable Shop Clerk to support our warehouse and fabrication teams. You’ll handle cycle counts, transfers, and data entry in JD Edwards, printing pick tickets and issuing materials to fabrication.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience; strong Microsoft Office skills are expected, and you’ll thrive in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1+ year of related field experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist with job close including cycle count creation and entry, and cycle documentation.
• Perform inventory transfers in applicable computer programs.
• Print pick tickets from JD Edwards for bay pullers.
• Issue material to Fabrication within JD Edwards.
• Communicate between Material Issuing and Fabrication departments.
• Data entry in computer systems and count variance adjustments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Assists with job close which includes but is not limited to cycle count creation, cycle count entry, cycle
• Perform inventory transfers in applicable computer programs.
• Print pick tickets from JD Edwards for bay pullers.
• Issue material to Fabrication within JD Edwards.
• Communicate effectively between the Material Issuing and Fabrication departments.
• Perform data entry within computer systems by moving location of material count variance, and compiling cycle count documentation.
• Must be comfortable working in a shop /warehouse environment.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; preferred
• Experience: 1+ Years' Experience in field or related area
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Certification/Licenses: None specifically required
