Epic Piping in Louisiana is seeking a reliable Material Handler to support our Pipe Support team on a range of nationwide projects. You will verify material delivery accuracy, assist in process development, and contribute to inventory control and material reconciliation efforts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; preferred
• Minimum 1 year of relevant material handling experience
• Basic computer skills not required

• Develop and improve related processes and procedures
• Address material shorts and assist with reconciliations
• Operate manual handling equipment safely
• Load/unload materials using ramps and proper stacking

Epic Piping has an exciting opportunity available for a Material Handler to be an integral part of our Pipe Support team. What You’ll Do

• Comply and ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines and regulations.
• Confirm accuracy of material being delivered.
• Confirm accuracy of material being pulled and delivered to production bays.
• Assist in the development of relevant processes and procedures.
• Address material shorts as requested by Material Control.
• Assist with material reconciliations at job closeouts as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Safely operate any manual handling equipment required to perform responsibilities.
• Use proper stacking and pulling processes.
• Safely utilize ramp to load and unload materials.

What You’ll Need

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Preferred
• Experience: 1 Year of Relevant Experience
• Computer Skills: Not Applicable
• Certification/Licenses: None specifically required
