Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in an office/operation setting.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to interact well with employees and customers.
• PC literate with advanced-level Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• DOT and Hours of Service knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document driver performance during check-in/check-out in dispatch.
• Assist in dispatch of delivery and shuttle routes.
• Track status of routes, vehicles and equipment.
• React to breakdowns, accidents, and driver call-ins.
• Manage driver check-in/check-out processes and sign-out.
• Review Control Tower trips from driver on-board computer.
• Report non-compliance with Hours of Service.Track over/under hours for route drivers.
• Track and update driver compliance documents.
• Provide transportation and warehouse support as necessary.

Job Type: Full-time | Shift: Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm

Join National DCP, LLC (NDCP) as a Transportation Operations Clerk, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our fast-paced distribution operations for Dunkin’ restaurants. The primary function of this position will be to coordinate and document driver performance related to the check-in and check-out duties during the dispatch process. Communicates with the management staff on various administrative duties associated with customer deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Support dispatch operation at distribution center and related hubs ensuring that all routes are being monitored and completed appropriately.
• Assist in dispatch of Delivery Routes and Shuttle Routes.
• Assist with tracking status of routes, vehicles and equipment.
• Reacts to breakdowns, accidents, and driver call‑ins.
• Manage the driver check-in process to address overages, shortages & damages along with proper driver sign out at end of shift.
• Review Control Tower trips from driver on-board computer.
• Report non-compliance with Department of Transportation Hours of Service.
• Track over/under hours for route drivers.
• Track and update driver compliance document as needed.
• All other Transportation and Warehouse support as necessary.
