MassHealth is actively searching for a highly organized and personable Clerk to support the office operations of the Electronic Document Management Center (EDMC).The EDMC was established to focus on and streamline client case processing throughout the Commonwealth.The ideal candidate has an eye for detail and passion for providing excellent customer service who is willing to help our office effectively operate every day so that employees can perform to their highest ability.
Incumbents of positions in this series open mail; prepare mail for scanning; scan documents; perform quality control on scanned documents; index scanned documents; operate standard office machines and equipment; and perform related work as required.
The basic purpose of this work is to provide clerical support for an assigned unit or agency. May act as a supervisor over a small number of employees performing less complex duties.

Salary placement is determined by a combination of factors, including the candidate’s years of directly related experience and education, and alignment with our internal compensation structure as set forth by the Human Resources Division’s Hiring Guidelines. For all bargaining unit positions (non-management), compensation is subject to the salary provisions outlined in the applicable collective bargaining agreement and will apply to placement within the appropriate salary range.
