The DDS North Central Area Office seeks motivated and organized candidate for the role of Clerk IV.
The Clerk IV will maintain the reception area of the office including incoming phone calls, mail, and other clerical tasks as directed by the Area Director in conjunction with the Administrative Assistant I. The Clerk IV is responsible for clerical support of HCSIS Stage I and Stage II investigations, including data entry/correspondence. The Clerk IV is responsible for making changes in HCSIS and HUB Systems, including ISPs, POCs and LOCs. In addition, they will also run regular reports, as requested by the Area Director, Assistant Area Director, and SC Supervisors which include ISPs, POCs, Waiver, Caseload Lists, etc. Additional Responsibilities include maintaining tracking system for Safety Plans and Monthly Site Visits.
The applicant should have organizational skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as the ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language. They should have knowledge of clerical office practices including office correspondence, types and usages of office equipment.

This position is located in the North Central Area Office in Fitchburg MA.
Schedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Days off: Sunday/Saturday
Flexibility required to meet the needs of the area office.

Qualifications
Salary placement is determined by a combination of factors, including the candidate’s years of directly related experience and education, and alignment with our internal compensation structure as set forth by the Human Resources Division’s Hiring Guidelines. For all bargaining unit positions (non‑management), compensation is subject to the salary provisions outlined in the applicable collective bargaining agreement and will apply to placement within the appropriate salary range.
