Job summary

Status: Full Time

Work Shift: Days

Hours: Mon -Fri, 8: 00a.m - 4: 30p.m

What Your Day Looks Like:

A typical day is focused on partnering with clinics and insurance payers to help patients receive needed care, close care gaps, and improve overall health outcomes.

As a Specialist, you will be:

Reviewing payer lists to identify patients due for wellness and chronic care visits

Coordinating with clinic teams to help get patients scheduled

Managing and maintaining accurate, organized payer-specific spreadsheets

Submitting required documentation to insurance payers to support care gap closure

Qualifications:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Experience: 1 year customer service in healthcare or clerical

Skills: Organization, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking

Licensure/Certification: N/A

Physical Requirements: Ability to work at a computer 90% of the day and stand for the remaining 10%
