Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for the Personal Care Unit Administrator.
• Maintain binders, files, and manuals to support regulatory compliance and surveys.
• Assist residents with questions and routine needs.
• Track RASPs and DMEs monthly and notify LPNs of due dates.
• Complete and process admission documents for new residents.
• Type and distribute resident communications and provide reimbursement envelopes to the mailroom.
