The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, at least 1 year in industrial staffing, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Pay ranges from $23 to $25 per hour, with weekly pay and a Monday–Friday schedule. Overtime and benefits apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage field employees, attendance, and staffing actions.

• Walk the floor to monitor GMP and policy compliance.
• Coordinate with teams and interview candidates as needed.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $23-25 /hr (DOE) paid weekly
• Monday-Friday 7am - 4pm
• On-sites will need to be available for overtime and have flexible availability.

Responsibilities & Competencies

• Manage field employees, including attendance, transfer requests, coaching and terminations.
• Approach customer service with flexibility and availability for both client and associates.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, providing accurate reporting to client and Accurate.
• Walk the floor of the entire site at least 3x daily to monitor safety, GMP and policy compliance.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and customer service skills
• Communicate clearly and work well both independently and in teams
• As needed, Interview candidates, assess qualifications, and make job offers
• Adapt to changing environments and follow company policies
• Support diversity and comply with EEO standards
