Job Title: Clerical - Admin Assistant/Secretary III

Job Description: Associate, Contact Centre Operation, Life & Annuity Insurance Remote

Inviting applications for the role of Associate, Life & Annuity Customer Contact Centre. Work experience:

  • 0-2 years of customer service skills, experience in Insurance/Financial Services contact centre (preferably Life Insurance/Retirement Services)
Responsibilities
  • Motivated individuals who are ready to take up challenges and are team-oriented in a fast-paced environment
  • Assisting policy owners and agents with incoming calls pertaining to their life insurance policies/products
  • Handling questions regarding premiums, billing, customer website access, and client changes (e.g., beneficiary or address changes)
Essential Skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate verbally and via email/phone with businesses
  • Prior call centre experience
  • Ability to multi-task and handle calls and caseload with high accuracy
  • Open to feedback and passionate about learning and development
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to provide options
  • Highly motivated and committed
  • Team player, supportive of colleagues
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, SharePoint, PDF)
  • Knowledge of insurance terminology, preferably Life/Retirement Services
  • Strong keyboarding skills and ability to learn new applications
Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • High School diploma or higher
Shift Timings

Monday to Friday, 8 am to 7 pm CST (possible weekend operations)
