Job summary

Meta Care, Inc. through Clergy Care seeks a Healthcare Manager to advocate for Catholic clergy of the Galveston-Houston archdiocese. You will coordinate medical and support services, navigate benefits, and maintain compliant records while traveling to member locations.

This full-time role reports to the Vice President of Care Management. You will work in a mission-driven environment, build trusted relationships with clergy, and help ensure access to appropriate resources and care coordination

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience.
• RN, BSN (active license not required).
• Experience in clinical or medical office settings; ability to navigate healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clergy and provide navigation assistance for healthcare and benefits.
• Coordinate medical, dental, and specialist appointments for members.
• Assist with benefit coordination and connect members to resources and services.
• Conduct on-site visits to facilities and coordinate home care or transportation as needed.
• Maintain documentation with PHI/HIPAA compliance and travel as required.
