Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience.
• RN, LPN, CNA or MA (active license not required) preferred.
• Experience in clinical or medical office settings.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• A humble, service‑oriented demeanor and genuine desire to support others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior clergy and provide navigation support.
• Coordinate medical, dental, and specialist appointments; assist in navigating healthcare systems.
• Support benefit coordination and connect members with appropriate services and resources.
• Coordinate third‑party services and connect members with community resources.
• Travel to member locations and events as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation while protecting PHI and HIPAA compliance.
