OpenAI Deployment Company (DeployCo) seeks a Technical Deployment Lead to translate ambitious customer deployments into shippable, adopted systems. You will coordinate Forward Deployed Engineers, researchers, product, and customer teams, driving complex engagements from prototype to production with a focus on security and operational readiness.

Role requires 5+ years in technical delivery and an active U.S. government security clearance.

Formación

• 5+ years of customer-facing technical delivery, program management, deployment, consulting, solutions engineering, or implementation leadership experience.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical delivery plans for customer workstreams and map objectives to milestones.
• Run day-to-day execution across multiple teams to keep work sequenced and risks visible.
• Embed with customers to map workflows and ensure production adoption.
• Move prototypes through MVP to production readiness and scale.
• Make pragmatic tradeoffs on scope, sequencing, and resources while maintaining trust.
