Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in highly technical, cleared recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for subcontractors or prime contractors in Maryland's intelligence sector.
• High energy with a hustle mentality and focus on measurable results.
• Strong understanding of cleared talent landscape and contract vehicles in DMV.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with top technical candidates.
• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and modern sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the sourcing strategy to attract cleared technical professionals in Maryland.
• Generate and maintain a steady pipeline for IT and engineering roles.
• Serve as primary contact for candidates, ensuring engaging experience.
• Manage internal mobility submissions and align with contract opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and hiring plans.
• Maintain ATS/CRM hygiene and track funnel metrics.
