Job summary

T-Rex Solutions, LLC seeks a fully cleared Software Engineer IV to join our team at Fort Meade, MD, supporting critical national security infrastructure within the Intelligence Community. You will architect, design, and lead features, coordinating with Systems Engineering and mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities include driving design quality, overseeing development from concept through deployment, and ensuring robust security and performance across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years related experience.
• Expert in Java (17+ preferred) and Spring Boot.
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles and OO design patterns.
• Proficient in REST interface standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Architectural analysis and design guiding feature integration.
• Technical shepherding from concept to deployment.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineering as technical liaison.
• Decompose designs into actionable tasks and mentor peers.
• Lead MR reviews ensuring security and performance.
