T-Rex Solutions, LLC is seeking a fully cleared Systems Engineer 4 to support an Intelligence Community program in the Fort Meade, Maryland area. The role entails applying rigorous systems engineering across the full lifecycle and coordinating with government personnel and executives.

Responsibilities include ensuring technical integrity of deliverables across ISO/IEC 15288 process areas and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues while maintaining program quality and compliance.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general system engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience.
• Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.
• PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI with FSP security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

| Applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288:

• Technical Process Area - Stakeholder Requirements Definition, Requirements Analysis, Architectural Design, Implementation, Integration, Verification, Transition, Validation, Operation, Maintenance, and Disposal.
• Project Process Area - Project Planning, Project Assessment and Control, Decision Management, Risk Management, Configuration Management, Information Management, and Measurement.
• Enterprise (Organizational Project-Enabling) Process Area - Project Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Management, Lifecycle Model Management, Human Resource Management, and Quality Management.
• Agreement Process Area - Acquisition and Supply.

Requirements

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
