Job summary

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and five (5) years of directly relevant experience.
• Active DOE Q clearance or equivalent to start.
• Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with system engineering processes and DoD/DOE programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Complex Electrical Engineering Efforts: Drive the design, development, and integration of advanced electrical systems.
• Collaborate Across the Enterprise: Partner with national labs and defense partners to address challenges.
• Drive Strategic Technical Communication: Present briefings and recommendations for informed decisions.
• Ensure System Engineering Excellence: Rigorously analyze performance to meet stringent requirements.
• Define and Refine Requirements: Develop functional and interface component requirements.
• Make a National Impact: Contribute to safety and reliability of the deterrent.
