As a **Security Professional - Armed Aero Patrol** in **San Antonio, TX** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As an Armed Patrol Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a reassuring presence. This is an armed post, requiring you to carry out your duties with professionalism and integrity. You will interact with personnel and visitors, offering exceptional customer service and clear communication. **Position Type: Full Time**

**Pay Rate: $24.60 / Hour Secret**

**$29.00 / Hour Top Secret**

**$38.38 / Hour Yankee White**

**Job Schedule:**

**Day** **Time**

Mon02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Wed10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Fri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

**Responsibilities:**

+ Carry out security procedures and follow site-specific policies while providing customer service to clients and visitors.

+ Respond to security-related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including emergency response activities as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.

+ Monitor access points and sensitive areas within the aerospace and defense location, reporting any suspicious behavior or potential threats.

+ Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as required during incidents or emergencies.

+ Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to site protocols.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ **Must possess a valid Texas Armed Security Professional License.**

+ **Must have an armed designation as required for the position.**

+ **Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.**

+ **Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet AU Driver Policy requirements.**

+ **Must have an active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance.**

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
