Job summary

Leidos is seeking a cleared Scrum Master to support DoD missions from the Beavercreek, OH office. The role involves coaching, mentoring, and guiding multiple teams through Scrum practices, with emphasis on empirical, data-driven delivery and customer-centric improvements.

You will work with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to improve velocity, quality, and reliability while adhering to DoD security requirements and Scrum values.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master required.
• Experience as Scrum Master or Team Lead for a systems engineering, IT support, or network engineering team.
• Working knowledge of application programming, databases, system design and web architectures.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and train teams in self-management and Scrum values.
• Guide teams through a Scrum maturity journey and apply agile practices.
• Schedule and lead Daily Standups for multiple teams and a Scrum of Scrums.
• Partner with Product Owner to focus on solving the right problems with iterative delivery.
• Help teams understand empirical approaches for complex work.
• Facilitate progress toward goals and improve quality, predictability, flow, and velocity.
• Build a high-performing team with improved dynamics and performance.
