You will source, screen, and hire candidates with extensive clearance requirements, partnering with program leaders to align staffing with timelines and security standards.

You will navigate clearance workflows, maintain compliant processes, and drive recruiting metrics through real‑time dashboards and regular reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting in the cleared space.
• Demonstrated knowledge of government security clearance processes.
• Experience recruiting technical, construction, or security-focused roles.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and spreadsheet skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and performance-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for cleared programs with an emphasis on speed, quality, and compliance.
• Partner with program leadership to understand staffing priorities, timelines, and clearance requirements.
• Proactively source candidates using applicant tracking systems, referrals, and cleared-talent networks.
• Conduct initial outreach, screening, and coordination of interviews once verification is complete.
• Understand and respect clearance verification workflows and restrictions.
• Ensure candidates are verified prior to interviews or program-specific discussions.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance throughout the recruiting process.
• Maintain accurate, real-time recruiting trackers and dashboards.
• Track candidate status, site assignment, clearance level, and readiness.
• Produce regular recruiting and pipeline reports tied to monthly quota performance.
• Heavy daily use of Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Maintain meticulous organization, documentation, and follow-up discipline.
• Coordinate effectively across recruiting, security, HR, and operations teams.
