Job summary

nDepth Security, LLC is seeking a Back Recruiter focused on Federal cleared talent to build pipelines and fill hard-to-fill cybersecurity roles. You will engage active TS/SCI cleared candidates and coordinate with Security and Operations to move them through interviews and offers.

Qualifications

• Five years of recruiting experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearances with full-scope polygraphs.
• Established DMV cleared community network.
• Experience recruiting for cybersecurity/engineering roles.
• Ability to interpret labor categories and assess qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, engage, and recruit FSP-cleared candidates for technical and cybersecurity positions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for openings and anticipated requirements.
• Source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, networks, and CPS platforms.
• Screen candidates for experience, qualifications, compensation, availability, and interest.
• Coordinate with Security to verify clearance eligibility and with Operations to support interviews, offers, and submissions.
• Maintain candidate relationships and update on pipeline activity, obstacles, and results.
• Keep recruiting records accurate and communicate the value of small-business recruiting.
