Job summary

C3EL is seeking a cleared network professional to support the Joint Fires Network NOC at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. The role involves sustainment, maintenance, and change management to ensure secure, reliable network availability for DISA services to the DoD and national security organizations.

Minimum qualifications include an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification, and the ability to work a 24x7 shift.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
• Able to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
• Knowledge of Transport and IP network topologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute network operations including configuration and analysis of circuits across optical/electrical multiplexers, routers, and switches.
• Perform real-time circuit redesign to restore connectivity during outages and maintenance actions.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers and government agencies to maximize network availability.
• Monitor network alarms using platform management tools.
• Handle change management tasks including hardware replacement and software configurations.
