Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an IT Program Project Delivery Specialist to support successful execution of complex projects. This remote role coordinates schedules, manages activities, tracks deliverables, and ensures cross-functional alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project coordination or PM, proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint Online, and can obtain CMS T4 Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Support project managers with planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up activities.
• Lead project administrative functions, including meeting coordination and minutes.

Program Project Delivery Specialist (Remote)

Overview

Zachary Piper is seeking an IT Program Project Delivery Specialist to support the successful execution of complex projects and programs. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing project activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring cross-functional teams remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate combines strong project coordination skills with project management experience and is comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint Online.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively with senior-level leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to project execution.
• Ability to obtain a CMS T4 Public Trust clearance.

• Salary: $95,000 - $120,000
