Job summary

BTS Software Solutions in Columbia, MD is seeking a Junior Intelligence Recruiter to join our hybrid team. You will apply intel operational experience to recruiting for CONUS and OCONUS contracts, identifying and hiring candidates with TS/SCI clearances for US Government clients, on-site or overseas.

You will manage full lifecycle recruiting, screen and negotiate offers, and source through Clearance Jobs, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other networks while building strong internal relationships and

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience operating in IC (Intelligence Community).
• Experience in identifying, recruiting, and hiring cleared candidates with TS/SCI clearances.
• Strong candidate sourcing and networking skills.
• Self-starter with exceptional communication and time management skills.
• Must be able to follow processes and be a quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle recruiting of cleared personnel using traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods.
• Screening, interviewing, and conducting offer negotiations for each requisition.
• Source candidates through Clearance Jobs, Indeed, LinkedIn and other networks; build broad referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong internal customer and candidate relationships.
• Provide updates to company leadership and support retention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state recruitment laws and policies.
