Job summary

Noblis is seeking an experienced Intelligence Talent Acquisition professional to build and sustain an exceptional workforce in a high-growth, agile environment. The selected candidate will support efforts across the Intelligence Community and Law Enforcement divisions.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence up to 2 days a week. Responsibilities include full lifecycle recruiting for cleared technical roles (TS/SCI), managing 25-35 requisitions, and leveraging iCIMS/Taleo/Dayforce while

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security clearance.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree with minimum of 8 years of Intelligence recruiting/sourcing experience or relevant alternatives.
• 8 years of experience recruiting highly cleared technical candidates within the Law Enforcement and Intelligence communities.
• Proven experience recruiting highly technical candidates holding Top Secret through TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph clearances.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting proposal efforts.
• Demonstrated proficiency across the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer management, and requisition closure.
• Ability to effectively manage a requisition load of 25-35 positions.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS, Taleo, Dayforce, or similar).
• Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations, including OFCCP compliance.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform full life cycle recruiting of professional and technical roles for cleared positions.
• Manage a high volume of requisitions at varying levels, both funded and proposal.
• Establish trusted partnerships with hiring managers and use market intelligence to determine requirements and drive hiring.
• Ensure data integrity in the ATS for accurate reporting.
• Maximize sourcing tools to speed and scale hiring.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations and company policies.
