Job summary

Leading Path Consulting is seeking a fully cleared recruiter to own full life-cycle hiring for TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly candidates. You will identify, contact, and pipeline cleared IT talent while developing compelling postings and delivering an unforgettable candidate experience.

You’ll partner with hiring managers, coordinate with SMEs and HR, and help grow the business through proactive recruiting and client service.

Qualifications

Experience recruiting candidates with TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearances for the Northern Virginia Intel Customer (and other IC partners).
College degree

Responsibilities

Fully cleared, full life‑cycle recruiting (experience recruiting TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly candidates)
Identify, contact, and pipeline cleared IT candidates
Develop job postings
Provide unforgettable candidate experiences
Attract talent
Maintain impeccable client service
Partner with hiring managers to identify, manage and fill current, contingent and upcoming positions
Coordinate with technical SMEs, Hiring Managers and HR for interviews and hiring processing
Identify passive candidates and manage strategies that address strategic business needs and goals
