Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Federal Proposal Recruiter to lead full-lifecycle pre-award recruiting for government contract proposals, primarily in defense and intelligence sectors. This role may require in-person meetings in Northern Virginia, DC, or Maryland.

You will partner with proposal managers and HR to define staffing needs, screen candidates against clearance and technical requirements, and maintain pipelines in Workday. Strong sourcing and compliance skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or 9+ years of recruiting experience.
• 5+ years in proposal recruiting or similar for federal contracts.
• Experience with cleared staffing and security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Own full life-cycle pre-award recruiting for federal proposals.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
• Coordinate interviews and background requirements.
• Brief leadership on staffing status and risks.
• Maintain candidate pipelines in Workday.
