Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. is hiring a cleared ADC Engineer to join the team responsible for AWS Government storage and data services.

You will troubleshoot complex, enterprise-wide issues and contribute to new features for EFS, FSx, S3 on Outposts, and MQ services on high-security government workloads. You will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on distributed systems troubleshooting, on-call support, and collaboration with top engineers to ensure reliable government cloud

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.
• 1+ years Linux systems administration or development experience.
• 1+ years technical support experience.
• 1+ years networking and troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Deep dive to root cause of customer issues and metrics trends.
• Operate and engineer systems at massive scale in AWS data services.
• Participate in design and build of operational scalability for the platform.
