Green Key Resources seeks an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead a hands-on, high-performing team in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will balance technical contribution with people leadership, guiding schematic capture, PCB layout, and hardware development while setting priorities and standards.

In a matrixed organization, you’ll partner with mechanical, firmware, systems, and manufacturing teams to deliver reliable hardware for demanding field environments and ensure designs

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical engineering experience with leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on in schematic capture and PCB layout while remaining technically active.
• Strong depth in power electronics, motor drivers, embedded computing, and networking.
• Experience leading in matrixed organizations with cross-functional collaboration.
• Mentoring junior engineers through reviews, guidance, and career development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of electrical engineers with workload management and career development.
• Contribute hands-on to schematic capture and PCB layout and review designs for quality and manufacturability.
• Drive development across power electronics, motor drives, embedded computing, and networking subsystems.
• Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and systems engineering to ensure integrated designs.
• Work with manufacturing to communicate designs, support production, and resolve hardware issues.
• Establish and enforce engineering processes, standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership during design reviews, testing, and hardware development.
