• Hands-on in schematic capture and PCB layout while remaining technically active.
• Strong depth in power electronics, motor drives, embedded computing, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of electrical engineers.
• Contribute to schematic capture and PCB layout; review and approve designs for quality and manufacturability.
• Drive development across power electronics, motor drives, embedded computing, and networking subsystems.
• Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, systems, and manufacturing teams to ensure integrated designs.
• Work with manufacturing to communicate designs and support production and issue resolution.
• Establish and maintain engineering processes, design standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership during design reviews, testing, and hardware development.
